Distributor/ Franchise Agreement

1. I have taken distributor/franchisee from All in One Matrimony, a subsidiary of All in One Solutions, after reading and understanding This firm's terms and conditions.
2. I agree that the amount paid by me to the firm is only distributor/franchisee registration fee and This amount is non-refundable.
3.I understand that All in One Matrimony is only a matrimonial site and the modus operation of this firm is to send profiles as per the information provided on this site.
4. I am fully aware that by taking distributor/franchisee of the firm I am undertaking the duty of KYC verifier of the firm.
5. KYC Verifier means that I am the person to verify the authenticity of the profiles I register.
6. I understand that the business between the customer and the firm shall commence only on the assurance given by me
7. I acknowledge that it is also my responsibility to help clear any doubts the customer may have regarding the Terms at the time of customer registration.
8. I understand that if the marriage of the customer registered by me is determined as a result of registration, it is also my responsibility to collect the service charge payable by the customer from the customer and pay it to the firm's account.
9. It is my duty to make any required corrections to my registered profiles free of charge.
10. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the customer about the packages and service charges fixed by the company and if there is any change in the above packages from time to time, to inform the customer about such things.
11. Customer shall not be used for personal gain
12. As this KYC verifier, I understand that it is a serious offense and a strict condemnation to transfer or misuse the customer's data to others for personal interests or social purpose and if such happens, I will be responsible for the suffering and damages caused to the customer and in such cases the firm will be forced to take other legal actions.
13. The profile form filled by the customer should be checked and verified whether the terms and conditions have been accepted and signed.
14. The physical form checked and verified in the above manner should be properly filed and kept and this forms should be sent by post once in three months.
15. The agency shall not make any changes in the prescribed packages and prescribed service charges on its own or otherwise or charge additional fees for other interests
16. I have signed this Distributor / Franchise Agreement agreeing to the terms of commission set forth by the Company.
17. Therefore, the commission should not be demanded or charged to the customer in excess of the amount fixed by the firm
18 Based on the physical form filled by the customer, the data should be entered on the firm's website and the package fee should be paid.
19. Data entry should be completed within 24 hours once filled by the customer
20. Franchise shall be solely responsible for any inconvenience caused to the customer due to non-completion of data entry in time.
21 It shall be ensured that the information provided by the customer and the information provided in the data entry is correct and truthful
22. The franchisee reserves the right to cancel the application if the information provided by the customer is found to be untrue. If for any reason this matter is realized after data entry, this matter should be reported to the firm and the firm should be reminded to take the above action.
23. Data entry should be done without errors and any errors noticed for any reason should be corrected in due course.
24. Phone number, address or other documents of the Distributor/Franchisee shall not be entered in the profile data entry for any reason other than personal use.
25 It should be noted that the main contact number of the customer should be entered in the profile filling only the number of the parents and the customer should be convinced that the main number will be shared so special care should be taken in this matter.
26. If you notice any kind of limitation while entering the website, please inform the technical team in time and wait patiently till the problem is resolved.
28. You should wait patiently until the website malfunctions are fixed.
29. To ensure that financial dealings with the firm are transparent and honest.
30. In case of any kind of objection in financial transactions, necessary steps should be taken within 24 hours to solve the problem.
31. Financial responsibility and mutual trust is a condition of equal participation between the distributor/franchisee and the firm.
32. I understand that if the Distributor/Franchisee has any doubts, the Distributor/Franchisee should investigate and understand the Firm's rules and regulations in a clear manner, in a manner understandable to the Distributor/Franchisee, and any complaints arising thereafter will not be considered by the FEO.
33. I understand that the Distributor/Franchisee is always willing to provide necessary support to the operations of the firm which fulfills the motto of this firm namely All in One Solution, Reliability, Transparency and Accuracy.
34. I shall be known as the Distributor / Franchisee of the Firm from the moment of signing the Agreement as Distributor / Franchisee of the Firm.
35. The firm shall have the authority to publish the information of my firm, the distributor / franchisee of the firm, for business purposes through social media or otherwise, but the firm shall ensure that the distributor / franchisee does not suffer mental, financial or any other kind of hardship by such publication.
36. Once the distributor/franchisee ID is generated, the company will continue to operate as a distributor/franchisee of All in One Matrimony and will not engage in any other activities including distribution as a franchisee or agency of other companies operating in the same manner during the this period, but if for any reason, the firm has to be informed one month in advance and the agreement with the firm is void. The affidavit also states that only after doing the above will be engaged.
37. Transferring the Firm's or Customer's data to any other entity operating in a similar or different manner will be an offense and subject to legal action.
38. The firm has sole authority to make changes or otherwise in the packages and service charges fixed by the firm from time to time
39. I understand that I am signed only as a distributor / franchisee of All in One Matrimony, a subsidiary of the parent company All in One Solutions and that I will not be involved in any other projects of the parent company.
40. Profiles of any person engaged in marriage counseling as a profession including marriage brokers, marriage bureau representatives and any profile of any person acting on the instructions of the above shall not be registered.
41. I understand that engaging in any form of business with the above-mentioned sector or data exchange, basic information collection and transfer, shall constitute such offense that my distributor/franchisee may be terminated without warning and further action may be taken by the firm.
42. All disputes with the firm shall be confined to the district in which the head office of the firm operates
43. If the firm feels that my distributor/franchisee is not working in accordance with the rules of the firm, the firm may ask me for information in writing and I shall reply to the same. If the firm is not satisfied with the reply, the firm is empowered to cancel the agreement between the distributor/franchisee and the firm by giving 15 days notice to the distributor/franchisee.
44. Distributors/Franchisees who are blacklisted by the firm cannot become members or participate in any other project of the firm.
45. I acknowledge and sign that I have read and understood all the above terms and conditions and agree to enter into a distributor/franchise agreement with the firm and to cooperate with the firm.
